Here Are All The ‘Fortnite’ Zone Wars Challenges And Rewards

In a continued effort to find new ways for people to play Fortnite, Epic has rolled out Zone Wars, a new special LTM that simulates the moving circle endgame of most normal matches, but with a few twists.

I believe these scenarios were user created, and have you navigating small final circles with a small number of players and certain conditions in play. Now, there are some challenges for the LTM that have gone live which can award you prizes if you complete them all. They’re pretty straightforward:

Play Zone Wars matches (0/5)

Get eliminations in Zone Wars matches (0/10)

Deal damage to opponents with Assault Rifles in Zone Wars (0/1,000)

Deal damage to opponents with Shotguns in Zone Wars (0/1,000)

Gain Health or Apply Shields in Zone Wars (0/500)

Build structures in Zone Wars (0/250)

The last four challenges get you 500 XP each. The eliminations challenge gets you a crest back bling. The matches challenge gets you a spray. And doing all six challenges gets you a Zone Wars themed skateboard back bling, seen above.

Zone Wars: Colosseum

Become the ultimate gladiator in a Colosseum-like island. This open-style island demands quick building.

Zone Wars: Desert

Make your way through a small desert town to the final circle. A diverse set of weapons and mobility allow for unique gameplay and lots of replayability.

Zone Wars: Downhill River

Stay out of the storm as you move downhill through a river in this original-style Zone Wars island. Community launch pads and a consistent Storm path allow for familiarity after a few rounds.

Zone Wars: Vortex

This island puts a unique twist on Zone Wars with its mountainous terrain to traverse. The elevation change from zone to zone can be quite drastic!

Also, there is a Zone Wars skin bundle in the store for 1600 V-Bucks which includes two skins, jet pack back bling, and two styles for each skin. They’re kind of neat but…1600 V-Bucks neat? Ehh I don’t know about that.

Zone Wars is kind of fun, but I’m actually enjoying messing around in The Combine more (when it works). We need some challenges for that.
